For many years my relationship with food and my body controlled my life. From chronic dieting, restriction, bingeing, emotional eating, macro tracking, overexercising, and body image issues - I’ve been there.

The longer I was stuck in this cycle of yo-yo dieting, the less hope I had that I would ever find food freedom. I felt weak, lost, and confused. I felt that if I only had more willpower, I would feel in control around food, which would ultimately lead me to my “dream body”.

Everything changed when I found Intuitive Eating. I started implementing these principles into my life and overtime food started to lose it’s power, binge urges stopped happening, and I started to appreciate my body for all it could do.

And the best part? Healing my relationship with food and my body made it easy to maintain a healthy body weight without having to think about it.
