15 Min Air Fryer Honey Garlic Salmon
Meals don’t have to be extravagant and time consuming to be delicious and nutritious! I’m am all about efficient meals that pack a punch. This one is a favorite in the Lancaster household. Omega 3’s, that are found in fatty fish like salmon, can support the health of the brain and nervous system and therein support our hormones and neurotransmitters to function better. Including fatty acids in the diet is especially important. Try to get in at least 2 servings of fatty fish a week.
Ingredients:
~2 lbs of uncooked salmon
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
6 garlic cloves. minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat air-fryer to 390 degrees F.
Mix together 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 6 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tbsp lemon juice in a bowl and set aside.
Pat salmon filets dry and cut into 1 inch cubes.
Salt and pepper each piece.
Toss in marinade.
Add salmon to air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Add precooked rice and steamed veggies and enjoy. James and I also like to add some bread & butter pickles!
