Cottage Cheese Edible Cookie Dough

Cottage cheese is having a moment right now and I’m not mad about it! As a long time cottage cheese lover, seeing all these viral recipes makes a girl want to experiment all day. This cottage cheese cookie dough is absolutely delicious and really hits the spot.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cottage cheese

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 3 scoops protein powder of choice (~100g)

  • 1 cup almond flour (you can sub coconut flour for a lower fat option)

  • Mix ins of choice! Some good options: chocolate chips, coconut flakes, mashed oreos, freeze dried strawberries, etc.

Add cottage cheese, vanilla, and maple syrup to blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to bowl and mix in protein powder and almond flour. Mix in any toppings that sound delicious. Store in fridge and enjoy!
